Do you offer drone photography and aerial documentation?
Yes. We provide professional aerial drone photography and aerial documentation for real estate, commercial developments, architecture and construction project progress, and large-scale sites. Drone imagery can be and is often integrated alongside ground photography to provide additional spatial context and visual impact.
Can you document construction progress over time?
Absolutely. Ward + Light works with contractors, developers, architects, and commercial teams to provide recurring construction progress photography and drone documentation throughout all phases of a project.
How far in advance should projects be scheduled?
Scheduling depends on project scope and seasonality, but we recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for larger commercial projects, architectural shoots, or recurring construction documentation. Smaller residential shoots may have more flexibility depending on availability.
Do you help prepare spaces before a shoot?
Yes. We’ll rely on you for the initial staging and cleaning, but we’re no stranger to providing our own level of preparation and staging prior to beginning every project. This may include, but not limited to related to staging, lighting, timing, furniture placement, exterior conditions, and overall presentation.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on project size and scope. Standard real estate and smaller commercial projects are typically delivered within a few business days, while larger architectural, editorial, or documentation projects may require additional post-production time.
Do you travel for projects?
Yes. While Savannah and the Southeast are our primary focus, travel for select regional and destination projects is available depending on the scope and scheduling requirements.
